The rooms are reasonably sized and light with a kitchen and good view, as example and the staff are efficient!

The location was perfect for me, as it was close to downtown and all the attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the air conditioning, especially during the hot summer days. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. I had an enjoyable and relaxing experience at this hotel.

Location: the hotel was next to Lourdes, and good restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy. Before bed I went to Butchery Bbq & Drinks for a nightcap, its around 4-6 minutes walk from the property. My room included a mini-fridge-bar, a microwave oven and a dining area. A handy kitchenette was an added bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved having a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the view. Finally, the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

It has particularly good and excellent location to see Palacio da Liberdade Museum.

We stayed in a hotel close to downtown with a great location for exploring the city. The hotel has a decent breakfast and friendly staff. The room was clean and nicely furnished with working air-conditioning. The bathroom was also clean with hot water. We appreciated the option of forgoing housekeeping. The hotel is located next-door to a grocery store and pharmacy.

There were some issues with the kitchenette. The description was misleading as there was only a plate, knife, fork, spoon, and glass provided, with no means of washing them.

It is a nice and excellent property located in Lourdes district short walk to other attractions in the `` centro '' area, many bars and restaurants and Lourdes close to downtown. As for me, the location is marvellous and nice, very close to the center.

What a perfect place for a romantic getaway! The rooms were clean and tidy with a cozy atmosphere, and the staff was very accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast while we were overlooking the city from our room. The hotel also offers a special room for honeymooners and other special occasions.

The hotel was a bit noisy in the evenings, but that was mostly due to its fantastic location in the heart of everything. The only other negative aspect was that the gym could have been more equipped.

The hotel was perfectly located for our new year celebration. It was just a stone’s throw away from the main square and close to many restaurants and bars. The staff were super friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast that included a variety of delicious foods and drinks. We also had the option of having housekeeping whenever we wanted.

We had a slight issue with adjusting the water temperature during our shower, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Our room also had a waste bin that was not working, but we simply used one of the other bins provided.
